I drove into Omega, as usual, with a raft of maybe-problems. Just a few hundred miles left on my warranty. The possible invoice was scary, but that was mostly paid by the warranty (including a new transmission which is hella expensive these days!!). I think the mechanics do their work in the garage, and the guys in the office duke it out with the warranty company (which is likely A LOT of strategy and knowledge coming to bear). The warranty people delayed the whole process. Luckily the warranty had about 5 days of rental reimbursement, plus Omega works closely with the Enterprise Rental office down the street with a special daily rate for Omega customers. All around a great deal.
I appreciate your comments. We work hard to take care of our customers.
